The owners are jerks (I used to be the manager there) but the place is great. Maria behind the sandwhich counter is hilarious and makes a killer sandwich.
You two are CRAZY - if anyone out there hasnt been to wagshals - GO - NOW!!!! but dont go there just to buy beer.

However - although I have never been blown away - I have never been disappointed either. The cuts are solid - and I always leave looking good. Which I guess is really all you can ask for. The price is much less than you would expect from a trendy salon like this. Also - its in a really hip neighborhood of DC!
I would definitely recommend BANG to friends who prefer a salon over a barber shop......

The decor is very contemporary with a very profound outdoor seating area, plenty of fancy lights and a well dressed staff. The food is mexican with a bit of a california twist on it. The dishes are colorful, the drinks potent, and the service is of the highest quality. The place can be a little expensive for mexican, but the surroundings make it more than worthwhile.
They also offer a full sevice bar - of not just tequila - and sometimes have music on the weekends.

They have a full range of expresso style drinks and also offer a very nice and tasty assortment of pasteries. You can read the post, sit outside or in, and enjoy a great cup of joe in one of the 60 or so seats. Also the staff is courtious and the bathrooms are CLEAN!

This place is great and cheap taboot. 1st off - they have the best CHICKEN WINGS i have ever tasted. They dont come with any sauce - nor do they need it - AMAZING. The combo platters are a great value - and the family that owns the restaurant are friendly and very very quick - pickup orders in 6 minutes - delivery in 15 mins. Really tasty - really cheap - and highly recommended. The general Tsos chicken is great!

The CD Game Exchange is a great place to unload your old CD's, Video Games, DVD's, VHS tapes, Stereo Equipment, and just about anything else. They will buy most anything including all personal electronics. The rate they give in cash is fairly decent....fair being the operative word, but the trade-in value is AMAZING!!! Many times I have traded in several items and walked out with several - on an even exchange. The staff is generally pretty friendly and helpful. It is located in Tenleytown, near AU and there is also a location in Adams Morgan, however the Tenleytown store is much better, in my opinion. They also sell a good assortment of new games, cd's and dvd's.

It seems as though this place has an endless selection of beers from around the world. Several walls lined with thousands upon thousands of different beers. From micro-brews to major brewing chains. From African to Asian to American beers. All can be purchased by the single bottle (if you just want to try one out) or six-packs or by the case. The staff is knowledgable and courtious. And with the selection that is provided - the prices are very very reasonable. You could easily kill an hour or more just browsing through everything. Special additions, limited releases, and hard to find beers and all easy to find here. They also have a great selection of wine and liquor taboot.
Do yourself a favor and check this place out.....
