They have the best sushi you can find in a grocery store. No preservatives, it is fresh, no sell by date like you find at other supermarkets. Very authentic and since it is all hand made, it has personality. I have noticed a lot of grocery stores now use sushi making machines, sort of like how a fast food restaurant operates, but this sushi is all hand made by the lovely Central ladies working behind the sushi bar. Delicious, I highly recommend it.
