I agree with Heather T. Never get your car serviced in Volvo Irvine. They don't have a price list for service, following the same procedure as when they sell you a car - looking at you and figuring out how much they can milk out of you. Two service advisers gave me different price tags for the alignment procedure, the difference between the prices was $70. The worst part, neither adviser could show me a list that has the price - the numbers were only in their heads! Total ripoff.
