I got my physical here to get cleared to play hockey. The process was easy, i went in the nurse told me to fill out some forms, she took my height weight, she even flirted with me about my body. And then after that they took me in to see the doctor who did the rest of the evaluation, and i must say i'm glad i got a hot woman doctor.
