great for university city

This apartment building is great. I have lived there before and can say that it is the best that you can find in UC. Most of the apartments complexes, closer to the drexel campus, are dumpy or overrun by kids. The Courts is on the expensive side, but you get a 24/7 door person. Good maintenance. The alarm does not go off every week (like many student dominated apartment buildings). There are not many drunken parties, and for the most part it is quiet there.
