Every one that I know including myself who has tried to buy a car here has been lied to. They have been agreed to buy a car, then sat down to do the paperwork and the interest rate was raised and the agreed upon amount for their trade in was lowered. In my family's case, we were sold a warranty that was not valid on the type of vehicle that we purchased.
These guys should not be allowed to conduct business.
