I went to this Subway store at about 9:30 one evening with my family & my cousin's family. The lady there (I believe her name was Susan) was horribly rude to us and treated us just awfully. We were planning on eating in but she told us that we had to go outside since they were closing at ten. This is after we let a couple go ahead of us to order since they wouldn't take that long. We ended up eating outside on the sidewalk. We complained to corporate and all they said was that they've had numerous complaints about this certain lady, but the manager was friends with her. When management overlooks customer satisfaction to certain employees they happen to favor, that's when you know that they no longer will have your business.
