I have no experience with his skill as a surgeon as I refuse to go back to his office. After seeing SGP over four visits I finally decided to look for another eye surgeon. In my opinion Dr. Phillips has the "bedside manner" of a constipated billy goat. He has no desire to inform his patients and acts more like a bully than an advocate of health.
Also, Dr. Phillips is a smoker. Bad smoke breath at every question, lens one or lens two? I'll take neither from this poorly run laser house.

After seeing multiple dr.'s there for the same thing (they obviously don't read each other's notes nor care) I finally decided to look for another surgeon. Like I wrote in the title the doctors here are great and give that "old-fashion" care, but I've had poor experiences with other aspects.

Nurses. I've seen some turn-over in nurses, which is good and bad. The good is that when you're reading this review the current nurses may be gone and replaced by better ones.
Refills, always request refills at least a week before you need the pills. They may not get around to doing it without a reminder call.
Waiting room. This is a very busy practice and all but once I have waited at least 45 minutes to see a doctor.
Billing. I have never experience any problems with their billing.

If you're in need of it, they probably stock it. From nails, garden supplies, coax splitters, fans, heaters, telephone cable, etc. they have it all. I'm always amazed at how much inventory they get in a fairly small store.
Also, the folks working there are very knowlegdable and nice.
The perfect neighborhood hardware store.

Home. I had them install a special pump that allows for higher Bioheat blends, and I have had nothing but great heat.

I originally went to the UW sleep center after researching sleep doctors online. I went there for the original consult and met with a nurse. She had me watch a video, answered a few questions and then scheduled me for a sleep study.
The study.
The rooms are not comfortable, there is a helicopter that takes off on the other side of the wall, and sheets are motel 6. I also had the experience of having multiple researcher students come in and for questions etc.- it is a research facility after all.
After the study. I heard nothing from neither a doctor nor a nurse. I finally received a call from a scheduling agent telling me to come in to get fitted for a cpap.
At this point I scheduled an appointment with another sleep doctor at another facility- one where I could actually speak to a doctor.

Call Digital Dean for a professional installation in the Seattle area. He did an excellent job for me.
Directv uses Ironwood communications in Seattle as their installer. They would not install a dish on my home because it is brick. No problem for Digital Dean! Directv will reemburse you for Dean's work (you may need to complain a bit). Even without the reembursement, Dean schedules a day or two out- not a month or two like Directv does. He does much better work than their installers and is worth the money.
