Worst Customer Service Ever

Person answering the phone appeared to be clueless. Asked for credit card information without giving an order total. Then I was told they would have to call me back with a total. When they called back, he and she still couldn't quote the price for each item correctly. The food is great but this is like the third time I've had issues with order placing and customer service.
