Remember the crazy cold snap we had? Well after a bad experience with Southwest Heating, I called these guys, little did I know, the Owner was answering the phone. He put me on hold while he attempted to find someone who had time to schedule me. A woman came on the line a few minutes later apologizing for the wait and indicated they were still looking for someone to assist - found out later the wife of the owner. Next, the Service Manager Eric was scheduled to see me. Nice man. He called and kept me informed as to where he was and how long it would take him.
The coordinating worked great. He was polite courteous and very friendly. He didn't over charge me and was very informative as to the work he performed.
I would highly recommend them for your next Heating need.

Last cold nap we had I called and requested someone to come out - since I wasn't in the home I was requesting assistance (furnace wouldn't run) I agreed to wait one day for someone to come see me....
Last cold nap we had I called and requested someone to come out - since I wasn't in the home I was requesting assistance (furnace wouldn't run) I agreed to wait one day for someone to come see me. The woman (turned out later to be THE actual dispatcher) indicated someone would come see me between 8AM-10AM the following day. 10AM came and went - nothing. I called. No record. Nothing that I had even called. I was then told that the Dispatcher would call me back. A half hour later - I called them and told them to DISREGARD I'd found someone else to assist me (see review NorthPark Heating)
