I am a sucker for ramen noodle soup. When I first heard the idea of going to a ramen house many years ago, I thought, "What is the big deal? I can boil up some instant ramen in 3 minutes!" But, soon, I learned my error in judgement. Getting fresh ramen from a specialty restaurant makes all the difference in the world. It doesn't taste even close to what instant ramen tastes like. It feels much healthier and is absolutely delicious. The consistency of the noodles here are perfectly firm and chewy, the soup is pungent with bamboo and very soothing to the stomach. They are decently generous with the pork and vegetable toppings. This place is so popular that there is a line coming out the door.
