The main course didn't arrive for an hour or so and that was only after complaining, which itself was made difficult by the indifference of the waiting staff. Actually, my cousin's main course didn't arrive for an hour and a fifteen. So, it was cold. I do not find that eating in shifts makes for a pleasurable dining experience. Also, the bill was wrong and I had to have items we hadn't ordered removed and for the service charge (which the menu says is optional) to be removed as well; the waiting staff blew all hope of a tip within five minutes, even before the unacceptable delays and shoddy service that followed. more
