I needed a new garage so I decided to get an electrical opening garage door since they saleswoman spoke so higly of it. Ever since it has been installed I have had nothing but problems with it because it would not open on many occasions where it was raining or snowing and my car was left unprotected. After four calls to them and 4 repairs to the garage door it finally seems to work but it is not worth the hassle.
