There was one asian guy who works in the bank. he is so pathetic. and not at all CS Friendly. he makes so many mistakes and dont know how come he is still working. we had to goto the bank multiple times as he messed up with my wife's bank account. I even complained with the bank of america CS Dept over the phone and talked the manager. if i can find his name i will update this. but as i said the rest of the staff are friendly.
