Recenetly I involved in an auto accident. I am with statefarm insurance. State farm suggested me to get repair any where I like. I preferred Honda world of west minister body shop because I expected they will put genuine material and they are professional in customer service. My expectations were completely wrong. The service I got is very worst. They charged me a lot compared to any body shopper. They didn't even cleaned my car. They didn't properly installed any o fthe material. When I brought this to their notice I have to argue with them 1 hour. I never saw such a worst service. I am totally dissatisfied. Again I have to look for another service station to get the things done properly.
