It is always difficult traveling with a dog, a big, big dog. Ocean City has very few places where families with dogs can stay. We were lucky to find this motel on a recent road trip. The Barefoot Mailman Motel is a warm and friendly environment for dogs and their owners. All rooms are efficiency units, with microwaves, coffee makers and refrigerators. They are quite large, have patios and, best of all, you can leave your pet while you go to the beach or to a restaurant. There are places to walk your dog , as long as you clean up after it. Oh, and there is no extra charge for bringing pets!
