Haverty's has beautiful, quality furniture. Their sales people are very nice and helpful. No issues there. Where I get really frustrated, to the point of getting ANGRY each and every month, is when I pay my bill to Haverty's Credit Services. They remain in the dark ages in the sense that you cannot pay a bill online. Hello!!! It's 2013 for God's sake. When I mail a payment in, it doesn't post or clear for 2-3 weeks after mailing, sometimes up until the very day it's due. I am vigilant about paying my bills timely and this makes me extremely nervous. Hence, I end up having to DRIVE MY PAYMENT IN TO A STORE. What the h*ll?? Maybe someday they'll upgrade. I don't know if I will EVER purchase from Haverty's again - simply because of this issue. more
