Felt both physically and verbally harassed by this company.
Chris the employer and Denise who was not even employed by the company most likely without a license would not give me proper identification.
I was being helped by a Friend due when I couldn't get off the floor due to my disability. He was not here more than 10 minutes when Chris and his friend decided to tow this one specific car.
I went around to the other cars and they did not even bother to tow them without the parking permits
They lied about many codes and laws which when I confronted them about, they verbally harrased us.
Jag will be contacted and this company will be blacklisted
Once the car was put down they didn't even bother to tow the other 2 cars without parking permits in the complex.
All I can say is this will be taken to a higher level and I will spread the word on the shady mess this company stands by.
The conversation and hArassment was recorded and we will see who was At the right or wrong.
