Dr. Nicholson is a very dependable and considerate doctor. His staff also has the same basic work ethic that he does. One time the receptionist noticed that a young patient was very nervous and she went out of her way to start up a conversation with him and dig up some hidden youth magazines. This calmed him down considerably.
