I've heard that Rose's Daycare is relatively well known for dealing well with children with special needs. Not sure if this is true anymore, as the staff might have changed. Moderate turnover rates are not out of the ordinary. They used to cater particularly to those kids that have trouble with grasping new concepts due to minor mental disabilities (ie. dyslexia, ADD).
