Great experiences for 6 years

I've been visiting Kristi's at their Wedgwood location for 6 years now. I have a short-haired mini dachshund, so our grooming needs are pretty limited (a nail trim every couple of weeks).
But the care and compassion they show our dog there keeps us coming back. They remember us and know what we're there for as soon as we walk in. Scooter won't let anyone else cut his nails! They exude confidence and the animals pick up on it.
My only quibble is with their 8-4 Tuesday-Saturday schedule, but I make the time to get there. Also, it's unfortunate that they moved down to Bryant, but it looks like it will be a better location if they ever re-open!
