We love Bicks

Everyone I have taken to Bicks loves the place. We even tried talking the owners into opening a store in Edmonds because we love it so much.
If you like spice (and we do) start with the Firestarter- flat bread with a goat cheese that has a lot of herbs, sea salt, grilled habeneros, jalapenos and lime. You build it yourself so if you can't handle the heat you can make one that is just made with goat cheese.
The food is excellent, I have never had a bad meal here. Ever. The other reviews are correct, it does get crowded but it is well worth the wait. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but that comes with living in Seattle.
Great staff, everybody who works there raves about the owners and it is much like a family.
It is funny that anyone that I talk to about Bicks that has already been there starts raving about the place.
I think that says it all.
