Ooops, did this twice because I don't understand how to post individual services. Peggy seems to have an innate understanding of the stresses people go through while selling or buying real estate and because she has such a calm, capable attitude about everything that you immediately feel at ease and, I guess, safe.
Her attention to detail and her patient method of educating us (me mostly) as to what we need to watch out for made the whole process easy and we slept great at night because we knew she was watching out for my wife and I. We really enjoyed the fact that she first listened intently to everything we were looking and what we were NOT looking for. She was patient, thorough and took great care to make sure we got the best deal possible.
It was really great that she was genuinely happy for us when we found the right house that matched our wants and needs. She has a great laugh too!
Peggy is one of those people you will feel instantly at ease with and trust and I would definitely buy another house with her as my agent. If I could afford another house that is.
Her office is in Renton but she works in the greater eastside, mostly Issaquah.

Everyone I have taken to Bicks loves the place. We even tried talking the owners into opening a store in Edmonds because we love it so much.
If you like spice (and we do) start with the Firestarter- flat bread with a goat cheese that has a lot of herbs, sea salt, grilled habeneros, jalapenos and lime. You build it yourself so if you can't handle the heat you can make one that is just made with goat cheese.
The food is excellent, I have never had a bad meal here. Ever. The other reviews are correct, it does get crowded but it is well worth the wait. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but that comes with living in Seattle.
Great staff, everybody who works there raves about the owners and it is much like a family.
It is funny that anyone that I talk to about Bicks that has already been there starts raving about the place.
I think that says it all.

We are closer to the Pizza chains than we are to Portofinos and other places deliver but if I ordered a pizza from somewhere else I would be shot by my family! There is only one place to pick up a pizza and that is Portofino! Staff is great, I mean really great and it is a cozy, fun atmosphere. The rest of the menu is great too. Excellent salads and italian. Forget the pizza chains, this is the place to go for pizza.

Going to Sushi Moto again tonight. Love this place. Family owned, super friendly, and they don't slam you with high prices like most sushi places do.

The only gripe I have is not because of Sushi Moto but the state. We have always sat as a family at the sushi bar since my son was 4 years old. But now the state has outlawed people under 21 sitting at the "bar" and we have to be seated at a table.
I give Sushi Moto because they excel in all areas.

My favorite restaurant in Seattle. Great steaks and great seafood too. Great service, great people, excellent food. I once wanted a Cesar salad and asked if I could have it with crab. "No problem" was the answer and the salad was amazing- completely smothered in crab and at no extra cost. Also made reservations for dinner with my wife on new years eve once and the hostess had made a mistake with our reservation- they asked us to have drinks and appetizers on them while we waited. We ended up just having multiple appetizers and cocktails for dinner and they picked up the tab. The real story here is that they were genuinely sorry for the mix up and did everything they could to make us happy.
In a world of non-existent customer service The Met stands head and shoulders above the rest.
Oh yea, and the food is great!

I had a not so great time with University Audi and my friends report the same (TT owners as well). I own a 2002 TT Roadster- The car is fun but problematic. My biggest gripe is that Audi NEVER fixed my gripes list (leaky window seal, horn doesn't work, seatbelt tension slams me back into seat on every bump, windshield fluid sprayer) and now the car is out of warranty. They advertised loaner cars but I was only able to get one once or would have had to wait weeks to get car in for service. The people are nice there but they just didn't fix the problems with the vehicle. Instead I take the car to Audi specialists- cheaper and better.
