Predjudicial and extremely unprofessional

I went to attend a volunteer orientation for the society and was 15 mins late due to a auto accident. The woman that "greeted" me was rude, disrepectful, very unprofessional, and I believed to be racist. I intend to file a complaint against this organization w/several agencies that handle discrimination and public affairs complaints, as well as complain to my friends in the media.
