This is the only Denny's around here that I know of, and it is a decent restaurant. They need to renovate soon, though. The decor is 80s-ish and feels stale. And the staff are a mixed bag. Some are very nice. Others seem grouchy.
The pancakes remind me of those that I buy frozen at the supermarket. But the bacon and sausage were good. The prices here are really low, though. $4 for a breakfast at a sit-down place with wait service is pretty good to me! And you get so much food. I like it. It's a better value than the nearby Cracker Barrel or the Bob Evans. But then this is more of a low-end restaurant. The gist of it is this: It's one step above from McDonald's. Bring kids; they can share an entree with you if you aren't ravenously hungry. If you're just passing by Mount Laurel, this is a good place to stop. It's right next to the MacIntosh Inn and it is near the New Jersey Turnpike- Exit 4.

If you live around Magnolia, this Walgreens really is a good place to shop. The store is clean, the staff are efficient, and the prices fit any budget well. I like the coupon sales. I buy a lot of gum here. Like other Walgreens, this store offers a good variety of household items, ranging from shoe polish to aspirin to small appliances. However, this store is almost always busy. You do wait in line. And one thing that always stands out to me is how they put air freshener under "closet needs." Also, I must mention that this store has an ATM right when you enter. Nice convenience to have.
Parking is not a problem.

This Home Depot store located near Pathmark and Sears Essentials needs to work on making the whole shopping experience equally good. When I asked for help, the staff member who came to the department I was in went and helped another customer instead. And I had to wait for about fifteen minutes too. But then the cashier was very sweet, and she seemed to be very cheerful. So some of the employees are wonderful while others leave much to be desired.
This store is very dark; the Lowe's down the White Horse Pike is a lot nicer. However, this store is more convenient since you can get more done while you're here. The prices here seem to be good too. (It's in a strip mall, whereas Lowe's is freestanding.) Parking is not a problem.

I can't praise this Pathmark enough. Not only do they have the best sales, but every aspect of their shopping experience is perfect. I like how they do half-off sales every week on just about everything.
The staff are efficient and polite. They check you out very quickly. Trust me: it takes me longer to pull out the cash than it takes their cashiers to ring up my groceries!
Best of all, the store is immaculate. The floors shine. It's brightly lit. This store has been remodeled, and it looks nicer than most supermarkets. The decor is tasteful, with ceramic tiles in the deli, seafood, and meat departments and the small eating area! (They offer prepared foods, so if you don't feel like cooking...) Parking is never a problem, and you won't regret shopping here.

Although Big Lots is not a pretty place to shop, I still enjoy shopping there for a number of reasons. For one, the "here today, here tomorrow" items are good deals, often cheaper than comparable products at Wal-Mart. And secondly, the closeouts can be phenomenal. Just today I saw a Roomba Discovery Vacuum for $149.99. In the past, I've also found umbrellas (at over 80% off), books, and even plant seeds for my garden, which can be bought for only twenty cents or so, compared to $2+ at Home Depot. Also, the staff here are very friendly and they make up for the store's lack of good lighting and decor. The only con is that you can't buy all of your staples here. (Plus some of the merchandise is truly junk.)
Parking is never a problem here. Big Lots is located right off Route 30 next to a Christian worship center.
I like to shop here for fun, since it is like going on a treasure hunt. You never know what's in store for you.

Known simply as Sarcone's Bakery to many, this shop is located in the Bella Vista/Italian Market part of Philadelphia on a relatively quiet street. But inside is where the action is. Sarcone's is famous around here; many celebrities have visited it. The store is always busy. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by the scent of fresh bread and the sight of an "Old World" style counter and an old-fashioned balance/scale. Everything looks so nice here; nothing fancy like cake, since after all their motto is that it's "All about the bread!" You do have to be careful though. The breadsticks I recently bought were a mixed bag. (no pun intended) Some were a bit stale, while others were very fresh and crunchy. The price was okay, I guess, at $4 a pound for the sticks and 12/$3 for hoagie rolls. They also sell bread crumbs too. What I didn't like was how the staffers serve you without wearing gloves. I don't doubt their cleanliness, but still, I would appreciate that.

In contrast to the previous poster, I think that the food at Applebee's is not only creative, but tasty too! Even when I am not going out to the movies I order Carside-To-Go from this restaurant. (The staff , who are friendly, will come up to your car and deliver your called-in order. Trust me, it is a life saver.) They have all of my American favorites, from onion rings to burgers to fries to tons of sandwiches. If you're on a diet, they even have Weight Watchers items! The food is tasty.
The menu is affordable and varied, at the most maybe $25 a person if you eat a lot and order dessert, drinks, appetizer, and entree. Service is good. I also like the "neighborhood" decor of this chain. It doesn't feel like a cookie cutter experience. But then, this restaurant has been well maintained all these years and it feels like new.
Parking is not a problem, and the location is super. They are right in front of the Ritz Theater next to Eagle Plaza. Look for the big Acme.

And they have the best pizza too at their Food Court! It tastes great, has less grease than those pizza shops, and costs only $6.99 for a large one-topping pizza on weekends. The other Genuardi's stores don't make it this well; it's as if the staff at this location know more. I like the sausage they use. The only con is that they don't offer delivery.
This Genuardi's has a huge food court located right next to the produce department; it is one of the biggest markets around here! For example, their bakery is tremendous and they even have a "natural market." The other Genuardi's in the area in Voorhees doesn't have all that. Probably because this store was built before Safeway bought them out. They do tons of good sales, like a lot of buy 1 get 1 offers. Plus, the staff are very friendly. They are always willing to be of help. Genuardi's here in Marlton on Route 73 is even the only market I know of around Philadelphia in South Jersey that sells liquor. Parking is not a problem.
Location: Willow Ridge Plaza on Route 73 in Marlton, NJ, next to Old Navy and behind Hudson United Bank.

Home Goods is an affiliate of Marshalls and TJ Maxx, and their store is downright awful. It happens to be located in a former TJ Maxx, and it is messy, disorganized, and overall, a terrible place to shop. They sell everything from furniture to rugs and even cookware. Lots of accessories for your home, though I find them tasteless and of "junk" quality.
I do see brand names like Spode and Le Crueset sometimes, but the merchandise is very old! For example, this past Christmas, I saw Spode Christmas Tree china that said 2001 on it. And it wasn't even dirt cheap! You'll be wasting your time to shop here. Save yourself the trip. Go to Target or Wal-Mart and get something nice in a nicer store environment.

I love good deals as much as the next person, but the so called closeout savings at TJ Maxx are just disgusting. Firstly, everything is on a couple big racks, not organized whatsoever, and you have to dig around to find anything! Then, you'll see a lot of returned goods that have obviously been worn numerous times- and they still want like $10 for them! Yes, you do see brand names like American Eagle, but the merchandise is second rate and I think that you'd be better off buying new merchandise at Target or Wal-Mart than the junk they sell here. If you want to check it out, they are in Marlton Crossings near HomeGoods, another store I don't like.
