While I did not buy my car from Sussman, I have still dealt with them many times. They are wonderful! The service advisors are exceptionally polite and helpful, and the staff seem to really care about the customer. I like how they will wash or vacuum your car for free when you purchase a service. Actually, the best service is how they offer you a loaner car to use during a long service. That is so helpful! Waiting for your car is not a painful ordeal at Sussman Acura. They have cable TV, hot tea, a one-cup coffeemaker, and a fridge stocked with drinks.(All complimentary)
Sussman takes care of Acuras and Hondas. I highly recommend them. Just be prepared to pay elevated prices for their services.
