Very bad experience ...bad service ... rude owner ...bad return policy

When I went to return an unopened item...the owner became extremely rude to me and he refused to even exchange or issue a store refund. He became accusing me and just said that he can not take it back.
I was shocked at such rudeness and have decided never to go to that shop again.
