I booked an all inclusive package to Europe for two weeks through this agency. The travel agent took care of all flight reservations, accomodations for the hotel, travel to and from the airport, travel insurance, and other related transportation. I was bounced back and forth between a couple of agents because one was taking a few days off. Other than that small inconvenience, most of the plans were completed without a hitch. They are very good people and help you a lot.
