This Cracker Barrel restaurant is horrible. The management and wait staff does not care about service, especially at night. If you go during the day, be sure to ask for Laurie, the best waitress there. We have many horror stories to tell about this restaurant. We now drive 27 miles to Opelika, Alabama if we want to eat at Cracker Barrel.
If you go during lag times (middle of afternoon, before 5:30), it will be at least 10 minutes, before anyone takes your drink order. We have complained to management several times, they say they are sorry, but are insincere about it. The customers who dine there, must be first-timers who never come back after their first experience!
