my grandau. found a kitten. she kept it.. I called the SPCA and they were rude and hung up. Iwent to a vet and it was $200 for the shots and exam and neuter &&&. We can't afford that. please can't someone help us to keep this kitten and get her neuter without people being rude and help us. need help ASAP. ethel coyle
