I had never had a ‘Reiki Session’ before
and my first experience of it, with Sally , was entirely pleasant. Sally’s energy is peaceful and nurturing. She makes you feel very safe and relaxed. I was able to release a lot of pent up, negative energy. And to allow myself to be open to a greater source of healing energy, inner peace and serenity. When I left, I had a revitalized outlook toward the world around me. I already felt a natural radiance, more clear, light and free. The next day, I noticed that my smile muscles were sore!
