199Restaurant is a great restaurant for lunch or dinner. Their menu are mostly cost $1.99 per dish, which other restuant would cost $4 to $6. I love eating here because when am lazy to cook, i just hop in my car and drive there within mins because it so near my house. 199Restaurant is a great value meal. Highly Recommend.
