In town for a week on business (we live in the UK), and being seafood fans, we picked Seastar for our 2nd night based on reviews found on Google Maps. It was so good, we returned on our last night.
The service was excellent, our waiter Jim, was attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. The food was exquisitely presented, and of exceptional quality. Our favourite was the scallop trio for appetiser and the wild red Alaskan salmon cooked on cedar wood as an entrée - the best salmon we have ever had.
The atmosphere was subdued and elegant - far better than Daniels Broiler for an intimate evening full of good conversation and relaxed ambiance.
