Unfortunately, it looks like the owner may be closing down this location at the end of the summer. The good news is that they're having a fire sale of their existing inventory. It's not the most modern equipment, but it's up to spec and gets the job done. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Better yet was the customer service of the manager, who extended the exchange window for the glasses they made for me without a fuss.

Small local shop. You'd think they'd be friendly, but they're really not. The owner is gruff and doesn't really seem like he wants to help. Had major problems taking my car in for a simple alternator replacement (they basically cut out the car alarm causing $300 of damage). They didn't even say they were sorry. Never going back.

This place is great. The food is excellent and cheap. There's usually a line running out the door during peak hours as people patiently wait for a schawerma or falafel wrap. If the owner is there, you'll be greated with a smile and handshake (and often a free snack). Great place for lunch.

This is one of the best breakfast places in the Bay Area, and everyone knows it. Be prepared to wait as long as an hour or more. Thankfully, they provide lots of seating space outside and coffee. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The service seems to keep up with the crowds well too.

While you're there, don't miss out on "Big Cat Feeding" every day but Monday at 2pm. "See the lions and tigers devour their afternoon meal in the Lion House." It's very cool.

You wouldn't think to look at it, but Ricks Rather Rich Ice Cream makes the best ice cream around. They're in a small shop in a mini-mall. With really cool and ever-changing flavors (try orange-chocolate, or chocolate-orange) they actually supply a number of local restaurants. Very high butter fat content means tasty treats!
