I know this isn't really a chapstick that is on the market, but I just have to say now that it's dry season: whoever makes the chapstick that they give out at NELA (The National Education and Loan Association Downtown) makes the best lip balm there is. Just minty enough, not too greasy, lasts for a while. It's better than Burt's Bees, even. Go in and ask about financing school, and while you're at it, pick up a chapstick.
