Virgin Mobile I Will Never Be a Customer Ever Again 2/15/2013

I want the cell phone customer out there to know that having a cell phone you will not ever to have your Contact List transferred to another telephone even if it is the same kind and type of cell phone. I am a Senior Citizen that is 55 years old and am not technology inclined at all and do not understand technology. My digital readout went out on a Oyster Telephone KX-9D that I had had since 2008. It took me 6 tries calling their call center to get my cell phone transferred from one cell phone to the new one that I bought from a ex-co worker Linda that was laid off with me in 2009 from MSI Market Research that left Portland to get lower wages elsewhere because Portland has a too high minimum wage. Anyway yesterday they finally got it transferred correctly after hours and hours calling their call center. They kept telling me over and over that Privacy laws prevented my contact list from being transferred over and that was a lie. I read in a website that HIPPA did that with too much privacy in the US. I called C and C communications a store that deals with Virgin Mobile problems and went there today 2/15/2013 to get my numbers transferred over to the same KX-9D Oyster phone and was told that the telephone was now NOT in the SIMM Card Machine or database. They even tried to look at other similar phones and the machine would not read the telephone at all. So the clerk sold me the Samsung MS-400 and said it was an easy phone for the technology limited like me. Never when Virgin Mobile sold me this Oyster Phone in 2008 that the Contact list would never be transferrable at all ever. If they would have told me that I would have never bought the phone. I hate your Virgin Mobile for it taking 6 days to solve this problem. I found out that when I went to the store that Virgin Mobile phones have never had Simm Cards at all. If they do not there is nothing on God's Green earth that will get your Contact list to save to your new phone. I hate you Virgin Mobile for doing this to me and not helping me as a good customer. more
