My husband bought a ferret from this business and asked about their return policy several times and the sales lady told him there was a 14 day return. Once we got it home it became violent toward both of us so we decided to return it. We get there and the sales lady tells us "no, it's a 14 day health guarantee" and we cant return it. We spent $120 on their merchandise and all they gave us was attitude and poor customer service. they lied about not being able to contact their manager, lied about their ability to refund our money and FINALLY got a hold of their manager for us who told us he could write us a company check, but it'd take 2-3 weeks to get to us!! TERRIBLE service! I wouldn't suggest this awful pet store to anyone!!
