I will never buy an animal from any other pet store but PetCo on Overton Ridge Blvd. You can tell they really care for the animals and do a lot of hands on socializing with them.I have bought a ferret, a rabbit and 2 rats from the store and can really tell a difference between the pets attitudes from Overton Ridge location compared to Altamesa. (Pets I bought from Altamesa seemed to have little contact with people and were skittish.) every time I go in Petco Overton Ridge I have to make my rounds to say "hello" to all the animals. The birds are so sweet and love to give kisses, but at Altamesa they flap around freaking out as soon as you enter the bird room. If you want a pet thats going to let you touch it, even small hamsters, go to Overton Ridge Petco.

When you walk into the Grapevine location you can feel the tension and negativity. I felt beyond uncomfortable but the free liquor helped. The Fort Worth location on the other hand, doesn't give off the negative vibe and is inviting. The staff is much more friendly and frankly, the guys at Grapevine scared me a little... too much funk for me. Fort Worth Esoterica is still on the cutting edge but in a bit milder way. Everyone from your grandmother to your child can get what they are looking for, but it is really marketed more for the young and high fashion. There are several computers for you to entertain yourself while processing.The last Friday of every month they work till midnight and hire a DJ to spin while you jam out and get your hair did!

A little pricey but sooo delicious that my best friend and I split an appetizer or order tortilla soup if we are short on cash. If I miss a Friday night I start to have withdraws. I'm not a fan of quesedillas but cant get enough of Blue Mesa's caramelized onion quesedillas or avocado, pesto and sun dried tomato quesedillas. Even if we don't get food, the margaritas made by Maria are smooth and enlightening. The chips are a variety of fried sweet potatoes, blue and yellow corn with smoked or regular salsa... my mouth is watering!

We ordered top shelf margaritas which are more expensive and the waitress asked what tequila we preferred. When we got the bill we were charged for the tequila we chose. If you already pay more for top shelf then why were we charged for the better liquor? Each drink was over $11. For the three people I paid for (one being myself), my bill was almost $100!!!! Her tip suffered painfully. Next time I will stick to On the Border.

I love the decor and atmosphere. They bring you "chips n salsa" which are fried wontons and sweet n sour sauce to start off the meal. I want to try other menu items but are too much in love with the shrimp fried rice. I cant get over the flavor! No soy sauce needed! The spring rolls are strange to me but many of my friends think they are fabulous. Great lunch prices and dinner is reasonable too.

( That nail tech no longer works there.) there is no plain or deluxe pedi...everyone gets deluxe for $25. this includes a exfoliant, mask, massage...and then ANOTHER massage with hot stones! Cant remember the ladys name who gives the best massage.
I have always loved my solar nails as well. Kenny did my last set and they are great. I had a torn natural nail and told him not to touch it becasue i was afraid it would hurt. He said for me to trust him and let him make it better and he did! They even have cool colored powders from pinks, blues and glitters to make your tips out of the ordinary.
I will say I liked it a little better when the owner was there on a daily basis. They seem to be going thru many employees since he left and the "personal" touch went with it but I still enjoy it and am a faithful client.

Nail pro may be a little more expensive but it is SANITARY. Keep going to your $20 and under shop Amanda. You will change your mind once you get a fungus or even better...staff infection.

whatever it is that you desire you can find it at this salon. From mild to WILD they can do it ALL! I was treated like royalty and the shampoo tech gives the best neck massage. Quality of work was fabulous and the prices are so reasonable compared to other "5 Star" salons.
