Parts shop is mediocre

The salespeople seemed nice when i was shopping here, but the one time I had a problem with a key to my toyota, the key they cut would not work in my trunk for some reason. They did not have an explanation (old key cutting machine?) but they did end up giving me my money back after some pushing. I didn't expect them to give me such a hard time when the key obviously didn't work. Don't know if I'll ever return.
