I brought a DVD Burner. When I got home in the package there was no software or documentation included making it impossible to burn DVD without proper drivers. So then I went back to Fry for an exchange, they refuse to give me an exchange because there was not manual or CD. I ended up downloading the driver and software online. What a rip off!!!
