If you go in after 8pm you can not find people in certain areas of the store to help. Alot of people shop after 8 and deserve to have knoledgeable people and great customer service.

This location is fair not great compared to other locations. I find that it is disorganized at times and in total dissaray. When I shop I dislike having to fight the stock in the aisles when shopping I consider it a safety issue.also, i find the cashier very unfriendly, and could use some coaching in good customer service.

The associates always great you with a warm smile and do their best to help you find what you need. customer service is excellant in this store. the associates are well tuned to what is in the store,it is well organized and for the most part well maintained.i wish every ross i walked into was this great. it it the place to go for designer brands at low prices. great buys on the clearance racks.

The prices in this establishment are reasonable, clothes seem to be priced resonable and you can usually catch a good sale. the store is normally clean and in good order. What I find to bring the store standards down is there lack of smaller sizes at times. making it hard to find something if you wear a small size. But overall a good value if you can find your size. store shows ok customer service not great as it is hard to find an associate to help you
