I took a party of 8 women to Spa Envy for my wedding mani/pedi. It seemed great at first-- you can bring food and drinks, services are affordable. I was the one that dealt with all the arrangements, including the scheduling when we got there. To make a long story short, they messed up and I ended up with only a pedicure, no manicure-- while the rest of the women had both. They were unapologetic, and in fact claimed that it was my fault, that I said that I did not want both-- which I never would have said, as it was my wedding and I did all the communication for the group. They could not/would not find a way to make the situation right-- somehow it was impossible to give me a manicure right then, and they did not comp the pedicure. Everyone was left with a bad feeling. I will not be going back. They need to know that good customer service goes a long way.

Renata took pictures at our wedding. They are spectacular. Even the posed pictures have lots of character and life to them, and I attribute much of that to her relaxed attitude and easy interaction with the guests. Our crowded reception venue made taking photos difficult, but she was truly fantastic and floated around the tight space without drawing attention to herself. It was such a great day-- everything went better than we expected, and she was a large part of that success.
