Docker's is a good place to have a quality dinner. It has a nice pub-like atmoshpere and serves a variety of food and drinks. There is a separate bar area and they offer happy hour daily from 4-6 PM. You can have dinner for a reasonable price, but they do have some more expensive menu items. However, if you plan to go here, don't go in a hurry because the service is not very fast and some days it's super slow.
