I lived in Victorville most of my life and I have always enjoyed going to El Tio Pepe, now that I live in Orange County I eat there everytime I return. I always get a #2 which is a cheese enchilada, rice and beans and it is the best enchilada, rice and beans i've ever had! They do have bad days sometimes as I'm sure every restaurant does but usually it's the best! Their chips and sals are really good as well as their salad with Italian. Yum!
