Dr. Russell is great but a little on the expensive side for Rutgers students who are broke.

I wish he would lower his rates for Rutgers students, at least for general cleaning. I want to take care of my teeth, but don't want to have to choose between having enough money for groceries and paying him a visit. He should really offer discounts to the loyal patients who have been seeing him for years. He is a great doctor and a great conversationalist. This man and his staff really do a great job of making feel at ease every time you go for check up. I highly recommend him.
