I am enrolled in the Worry Free Program and have a furnace and water heater. One day a pipe connected to the water heater was leaking so I called PSE&G to ask them to send someone and fix the problem. The lady on the phone says that someone will stop by anytime until midnight.??? I called them at 11am and the guy didn't show up until 4pm. When he looked at the problem he said shut the main water and call a plumber. I thought he was being sarchastic. He told me they don't do that kind of job and when I asked him why do I pay the $5/ month for? He gave me a list of parts which I didn't know what they were. I was furious so I called to cancel this Worry Free service. What a rip off. PSE&G you should be ashamed!

I had to call a plumber because I had a leak on top of my water heater. Absolute Plumbing guy called twice to notify me someone was on the way. The guy arrived after 90 minutes. It took him 10 minutes to fix and the problem and charged me $268. This is so ridiculous. Plumbers take advantage of people who all of a sudden are faced with a water leak emergency. There has to be some way to regulate this business.

I hired castle windows to change the 9 windows in my place plus a 3-panel slider. It took 6 weeks after I had signed the contract for Castle to install the windows. I hear this is normal time. They sent 3 guys who worked all day and replaced all windows. They were done by 5pm. A screen doesn't close all the way but overall they did a decent job. I just wish they would lower their prices. The new windows and slider work properly so far and I've had them installed for about 2 months now.

I wish he would lower his rates for Rutgers students, at least for general cleaning. I want to take care of my teeth, but don't want to have to choose between having enough money for groceries and paying him a visit. He should really offer discounts to the loyal patients who have been seeing him for years. He is a great doctor and a great conversationalist. This man and his staff really do a great job of making feel at ease every time you go for check up. I highly recommend him.
