I used to have Lightbound cable modem service and I was extremely happy with it, until they were bought out by i-Quest. After that, the service went downhill. Every time I had a problem, I'd have to wait on hold for long amounts of time, and sometimes didn't get a pickup at all.
Okay prices, sub-par customer service. I'll give them 3 stars, which in itself is overkill.
