The car looks great, and was finished in the time frame estimated to me.
John Lioe gave me my estimate, and was exceedingly honest, he told me when he made an oversight that put an additional $50 on my estimate and immediately fixed it. After I'd paid, he called me and told me that there had been a last-minute change where a worker didn't have to take a piece off to paint, so saved me additional money on labor. They sent me a check for the difference.
They do get busy, I was there at 8:30 AM two mornings, and each time they had about 4 people waiting and the phone ringing off the hook. They also sometimes open at 8:35 or 8:40, so if you go first thing in the morning be prepared to wait a little bit.
I had to wait a week before I could schedule my car to go in, and it took 5 days to complete the work.
Its a family-owned business, and every person I talked with was helpful and friendly.
