Up on the upper east side bargains are as rare as hen's teeth except if you're shopping in Daffy's. The
store (an escalator ride down from street level)
has its merchandise appetizingly displayed. The
prices are unbeatable and the quality of their products although not top notch considering their prices are really true values.
