Hey Corporate- Fix this store!

Bums, litter, rude service, awkward organization.. you can expect to find all this at this local grocery store- or much less. When I first started to go to school at San Jose State University I was appalled to see the grocery store that was to service the downtown area. This is a large chain of grocery store and it seems like corporate forgot about this one.
